The bank account number is validated in conjunction with the Bank Type. Bank Type = P the Bank account number must be less than 9999999. Bank Type = B the Bank account number must satisfy a Modulus-11 test, and can be 9 or 10 digits long. Bank Type = X the Bank account number must be at least one digit.
