CAUSE… An error occurred while the check was printing. When a manual payment prints, the system uses the payment workfiles. The problem that has occurred is in the generation of the payment group control number through the X04571 business function, which retrieves the number from the F00022 next number table.

RESOLUTION… This problem has only affected the printing of the check, not the processing of the manual payment itself. Check the jde.log file for more information on why the business function failed.Once you have resolved the cause of this failure, you can attempt another print of the manual payment. Reinquire on the manual payment and select the print box. Then proceed as before.-
