CAUSE1) If you are trying to accept a credit invoice it may be that the voucher selected doesn’t have necessary conditions to apply for credit invoice acceptance2) If you are not using an acceptance payment instrument, it may be that the voucher selected applies for credit invoice but the credit invoice is not in the right status.

RESOLUTION1) Check if voucher is a credit invoice, it must have the same status as defined in credit invoice status rules for ACEPTACION event code. Or if it is not a credit invoice, it must have a payment instrument different from acceptance.2) Check if voucher is a credit invoice, it must have the same status as defined in credit invoice status rules for CHEQUE event code.
