CAUSE . . . . Either the discount amount is greater than the applied amount, or the discount amount is zero for an “D” type input code (Invoice Match with Discount Chargeback).

RESOLUTION . . The applied amount must be greater than the discount taken. If the applied amount is a positive amount, the discount must also be positive and vice versa. If entering a “D” type input code, you must also enter a discount amount.
