Cause . . . . You have attempted to deselect a record that has already been displayed on the Cash Receipts screen. Once a record has been returned to the Cash Receipts screen and displayed there, it can not be deselected.Resolution . . Do not attempt to deselect this record. If you do not want this item to be used in the cash receipt transaction you are entering, don’t put a TI code next to it on the Cash Receipts screen and it will be ignored.
