Cause: The QBE filter fields such as Company, Business Unit, Object, Subsidiary may not have been filled in. If no filter is used, then the system may take long time to retrieve and display all the records. This would only happen if you have a large number of accounts set up in the account master.Resolution: It is advisable to enter any of the fields such as Company, Business Unit, Object, Subsidiary in the QBE filter to speed up the retrieval and display of the requested records.
