CAUSE . . . . At least one account could not be created because the new account number would have created invalid structured account segments.

RESOLUTION . . Inquire through the Accounts by Business Unit screen with the old Business Unit and the new Business Unit to see which accounts were were not created. All accounts that did not have a problem were created.
