If replacement items have been set up in the item cross-reference file, the Item Replacement Window (P42260) will automatically display a list of replacement items. The window will return any selected items to order entry and the obsolete item will be cancelled. If replacement items have not been set up, the Item Replacement Window (P42260) will not display and the obsolete item will be cancelled automatically.
